Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SellNowz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

SellNowz provides an online storefront builder that allows sellers to create stores and list products. Sellers accept payments from buyers directly through their own chosen payment methods. We are a software platform — not a payment processor, marketplace, or retailer. We do not buy or sell products ourselves, and we do not process, hold, or pay out seller product revenue.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Sellers agree to:

• • Only list and sell legal products and services
• • Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• • Fulfil all orders you receive
• • Comply with all applicable local and international laws including tax obligations
• • Not sell counterfeit, stolen, harmful, dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items
• • Maintain a valid account with your chosen payment provider to receive payments

You may not use SellNowz to sell:

• • Illegal goods or services
• • Counterfeit products
• • Adult content
• • Weapons
• • Drugs or controlled substances
• • Financial instruments
• • Anything prohibited by your payment provider's terms of service

Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination.

SellNowz charges:

• • $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year (billed automatically)
• • 0% of your sales revenue — we take nothing
• • Any payment processing fees charged by your chosen payment provider are paid to that provider, not to SellNowz

New subscribers can start one 14-day free trial by entering a card at Stripe checkout. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless canceled before it ends, the selected plan renews automatically at $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. The trial includes 20 AI credits and 120 live-selling minutes. Products, shipping and extra usage cost separately. Returning subscribers pay the selected price immediately. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Buyer payments for seller products are handled directly by each seller through their own chosen payment provider. SellNowz does not process, hold, receive, or distribute any seller product funds at any time. SellNowz only processes its own subscription, live minute, and AI credit payments.

Manage or cancel your subscription from Billing through the Stripe customer portal. If you cancel before your free trial ends, no subscription fee is charged and access continues through the trial end date. After a paid subscription is canceled, access continues through the paid billing period and the subscription does not renew.

Sellers are solely responsible for setting and honouring their own refund policies. Buyers must contact the seller directly for refund requests. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by the seller's payment provider according to that provider's policies. SellNowz is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• • Violate these terms
• • Sell prohibited items
• • Generate excessive payment disputes
• • Engage in fraud
• • Abuse the platform

We will notify you by email where possible before termination.

Sellers retain all rights to the content they upload. By uploading content to SellNowz, you grant us a limited licence to display that content to your store visitors. SellNowz's own branding, code, and design are our intellectual property.

SellNowz is not liable for:

• • Products sold by sellers
• • Disputes between buyers and sellers
• • Payment processing issues handled by the seller's payment provider
• • Any indirect losses

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms and will notify active users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SellNowz is registered.
